If you want to go electric or change your Tesla, now might be the right time… Or not

TeslaPimp takes stock of the current promotions at Tesla for Model 3 and Model Y. Will you crack?

Tesla announced on website price reductions for its Model 3 and Model Y models. This exclusive offer has been available for a few days for cars immediately available for sale.

The price cut is certainly intended to encourage customers to opt for a Tesla, in order to inflate the figures for the first quarter of 2023. Recall that in 2030 the brand wants to sell 20 million vehicles.

What discounts are offered on Model 3s in stock?

Discounts are up to several thousand euros on Model 3 models, depending on the version chosen.

Today on a Model 3 Propulsion “basic” you can get a small discount of 840 €, attention this car is noted as “Demonstration” but its mileage does not appear. It is either new or has been exhibited. Check before purchase.

By taking one of the Model 3 Long Range, you can benefit from more than 3000 € discount, the vehicles are noted as “Ready to be delivered”.

A black Model 3 LR is now available from €49,810:

For the Model 3 Performance, more expensive, the discounts are also interesting with a nice drop of 3600 € which brings the Model 3 Performance in white to 56 390 € instead of 59 990 € or even 57 510 € with the white interior!

What discounts are offered on Model Y in stock?

Same principle as for the Model 3, Tesla offers on cars in stock or cars on their way to the France of Y at a reduced price.

The Model Y Propulsion sells well, very well even, so Tesla does not offer a discount on this version which remains eligible for the ecological bonus of € 5,000 and is therefore displayed at € 41,990 bonus deducted.

Update 07/03/2023 4pm : Tesla now offers up to €2820 discount on the Y Propulsion which is displayed at €39,170!

By switching to the Y Long Range version with two motors and a 75 kWh battery, you are now entitled to a discount of 3360 € and will leave behind the wheel of a beautiful red Model Y against a transfer of 52 630 €, the car is available in Paris.

Whether in white or black, many Model Y Performance are available with discounts of up to 3990 € for some! The cheapest is displayed at 61 270 €, it is a great deal.

TeslaBlog’s tips to follow before buying an available Tesla:

At first glance, there are many bargains and discounts at Tesla relatively rare, they usually occur at the end of the year or at the end of the quarter and concern only a few cars. This time, the available volume is relatively large.

In the euphoria, do not rush headlong, before clicking it is necessary to have in mind the following four points:

• Check the condition of the car if it is a demo version! It’s important.
• If you have found the ideal configuration, do not hang around too much, it can disappear at any time.
• Ask about the delivery point if you don’t want to cross the France to pick it up.
• Keep in mind that sometimes, after a price drop, Tesla lowers rates again or makes changes.

If you find the configuration that suits you, go for it.
These are good rates. In return, keep in mind that Tesla may be using this drop to sell its stocks before offering Model 3 and Y with the new Hardware 4 computer… Or not.
