Our return and refund policy is applicable only for purchases less than 30 days old. If 30 days have passed since the date of payment, we will not be able to issue a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when we shipped it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are non-refundable:

  • Gift card

To make a return or refund request, the purchase invoice must be sent via the form below with the details of your request and the reason for your return or refund request. A support agent will contact you by phone when your request is read.

There are certain situations for which only a partial refund is possible:

  • Deteriorated packaging
  • Item with signs of use or attempted installation
  • More generally, item not being in these original conditions, damaged or with missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.
  • All items return more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected by our store, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item returns. We will also notify you of our acceptance or rejection of refund.

If your request is accepted, then your refund will be made via the same payment method you used to make your purchase, with a certain delay of up to 14 days depending on the credit card processors. If after this time, your funds have not arrived, contact your bank to check the deadlines they apply to process a credit card refund.

If you have completed all these steps, then contact us again by email at support@teslapimp.com and we will contact you the new one.

EXCHANGES

We do not replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a part, following an order error for example, contact us by email at support@teslapimp.com and we will contact you to explain the procedure to follow.

SHIPPING AN ITEM TO OUR WAREHOUSE

To return your product, you must mail your item with tracking and signature upon receipt, to the address that will be communicated to you by the support after contacting it.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on the delivery address, the delivery time may vary.

If you are returning a valuable item, you should also consider taking out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
